One of the world’s most sought-after Submariner models is set to sell for £200,000 this week

A 1962 Rolex Submariner ‘369’ Explorer dial gent’s timepiece with an Explorer dial is projected to fetch approximately £200,000 at a British auction next week.

The 369 dial Rolex Submariner has made its third appearance (where only 3, 6, and 9 hour markers appear).

More than £200,000 has been made on previous sales.

Gardiner Houlgate’s two-day live and online auction on October 20 and 21 will feature a watch that hasn’t been seen in 25 years from a private collection.

There have been 10 instances of Gardiner Houlgate’s 369 dial design Rolex Submariners selling for over £1 million at auction in recent years.
