About this reference
The M91550-0004 presents the Tudor 1926 in a substantial 39 mm format, with a black satin dial contained by a stainless-steel case and fixed steel bezel. A matching bracelet, applied markers and sapphire crystal keep the watch polished but restrained. The screw-down crown and 100-metre water resistance add a useful sporting note to the otherwise classic composition.
Tudor's T601 calibre drives the date display through automatic bidirectional winding, while also allowing hand-winding and quick date correction. Its 25.6 mm diameter and 5.5 mm height suit the 1926's case, and the movement's 25 jewels, Nivarox hairspring, Swiss-lever escapement and 28,800 vph frequency support a 38-hour reserve. It is the black-dial counterpart to the family's silver and white 39 mm references.
