Retailer policies apply
Every retailer and marketplace has its own return policy. Some new watches may have standard return rights, while pre-owned, vintage, special-order, personalised or high-value watches can have stricter conditions.
What to check before buying
- Return window and whether international returns from Saudi Arabia are accepted.
- Whether the watch must remain unworn, unsized, tagged, stickered or sealed.
- Whether box, papers, manuals, warranty card, links, accessories and gifts must be returned.
- Who pays return shipping, insurance, duties, VAT, courier fees or restocking charges.
Pre-owned and vintage watches
Pre-owned watches can vary by polishing, bracelet condition, service history, parts originality, dial ageing, water resistance and accessories. Review photos and retailer descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If the item is not as described
Contact the retailer quickly and keep evidence: order confirmation, listing screenshots, photographs, packaging, courier records and any written messages. Do not alter, wear, size or service the watch until the retailer gives instructions.
Authenticity or warranty concerns
If you have concerns about authenticity, warranty, service history or missing accessories, raise them with the retailer or marketplace support route. Saudi Luxury can review the page or link if you report it, but we cannot decide a retailer dispute or authenticate a watch remotely.
How Saudi Luxury can help
If an offer displayed on Saudi Luxury appears misleading, expired or wrongly matched to a reference, send the page URL and details to [email protected]. We may correct or remove the link, but customer service remains with the retailer.
