About this reference
Reference M79000N-0002 gives the Tudor Black Bay 54 the same compact 37 mm stainless-steel case, black satin dial and unidirectional steel bezel as its bracelet counterpart, but places it on a rubber strap. Sapphire crystal, a screw-down crown and 200-metre water resistance reinforce the watch's focused dive specification, while the no-date layout keeps the dial especially clear.
The MT5400 calibre is automatic, winds bidirectionally and can be wound by hand. Its 30.3 mm diameter and 5 mm height house 27 jewels, a silicon hairspring and a traversing-bridge-secured free-sprung variable-inertia balance. The Swiss-lever movement is a COSC Chronometer, runs at 28,800 vph, carries Tudor's -2/+4 sec/day regulation and delivers 70 hours of reserve.
