The two-tone Chronomat B13356 combines stainless steel and yellow gold in a 43.7 mm oversized Evolution case that is 17.1 mm thick and water resistant to 300 m. Its sapphire crystal, rider-tab bezel, screw-locked crown and chronograph pushers are matched to a Pilot bracelet. The scale and gold accents make the design visibly more assertive, while the controls retain the hard-edged Chronomat vocabulary.
Automatic Breitling Calibre 13 is built on the ETA Valjoux 7750 and uses cam-actuated chronograph control. Its 42-hour reserve supports a date display, with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The third-party calibre permits hand-winding and hacking, and its industrial finish provides a plain mechanical counterpoint to the case's richer two-tone treatment.
