Luminox Navy SEAL Chronograph Watches
Luminox Navy SEAL Chronograph adds elapsed timing and a busier dial to the composite-case sport-watch format. It makes most sense if the chronograph itself is something you want to use or enjoy looking at.

More information in a 45 mm case
XS.3581 and XS.3581.BO are 45 mm CARBONOX examples with Swiss quartz movements and black nitrile rubber straps. Both have hardened mineral crystals and 200 m ratings. Their shared specification leaves dial contrast as an important part of the decision.
A black-out dial is a preference
A darker layout can look more subdued, but black-out designs reduce visible daytime contrast compared with white indices. Choose with that trade-off in mind, rather than assuming the darker option is automatically the more useful one. If you prefer fewer dial elements, compare Original Navy SEAL. For a steel chronograph, look at Pacific Diver Chronograph.
